Monadnock Defensive Tactic System
This is an eight-hour hands-on training course that deals with stances, principles of balance, and patterns of movement. You'll learn various approach techniques in dealing with subjects, including how to properly approach a subject and how to apply various hands-on use-of-force techniques such as blanket escort holds, arm bar takedowns, wrist locks, prone position armlocks, three-point handcuffing, and weapon retention skills. You're required to pass a written examination, and you'll receive a certificate upon completion of this course.

O.C.A.T. Training
This four-hour class deals with principles of balance, stances, drawing techniques, and patterns of movement. Additionally, you'll learn about different types of OC sprays and their effectiveness. You're required to pass a written examination, and you'll receive a pocket card and certificate upon completion of this course. |
AED, CPR, and First Aid
This course is taught by an American Red Cross™ authorized provider, and it includes information on AED, or automated external defibrillator. You'll be required to take a written examination and demonstrate proficiency in the skills that you've learned. |

P.A.T.H. Training
Learn practical and tactical handcuffing techniques by taking this four-hour hands-on course. We'll cover stances, grips, patterns of movement, principles of balance, and proper handcuffing techniques dealing with compliant, noncompliant, and prone subjects. You're required to pass a written examination, and you'll receive a pocket card and certificate upon completion of this course.
